General
All CounterRoast coffee, whether beans or ground, is best brewed within six months of displayed "Birthday" date.
Decaffeinated coffee may still contain traces of caffeine.
Cancellations
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched. If you do wish to cancel an order, it is crucial that you contact us by phone as soon as possible as orders are typically made
up and dispatched the same day that they are received. Note that if the coffee has been ground cancellation is not possible.
Returns
Coffee is categorised as a food and cannot be returned unless there has been an error on our part. Examples of errors include coffee different from the order or failure to grind coffee when so
requested or ground when whole beans was requested. In such cases, we will pay for the goods to be returned and a substitute sent. In all cases, contact us before you
return the item.
Dispute Resolution
As per the Alternative Dispute Resolutions 2015, consumers wishing to do so, should refer to the list of relevant alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider entities at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Delivery
All deliveries within the UK will be by 2nd class post unless stated otherwise.
VAT
Coffee beans and ground coffee are zero-rated foodstuffs and accordingly no VAT is charged.
